Aerodynamics & Aeroacoustics
2Thermal Management Engineer
You will be responsible for studying and optimizing the internal aerodynamics for cooling the onboard electronic components, ensuring the proper operation of the instrumentation throughout flight missions.
- Thermodynamics and Heat Transfer: knowledge of the basic mechanisms of heat transfer.
- Fundamentals of Aerodynamics: understanding of the basic concepts of incompressible aerodynamics, with an interest in advanced aerodynamic solutions.
- Problem-Solving: ability to perform realistic engineering estimates and independently research technical information.
- English: ability to read technical papers and international manuals.
- 3D CAD Modelling: experience with Siemens NX, SOLIDWORKS, or equivalent professional CAD software.
Aerodynamic Designer
You will be responsible for defining the geometry of the aircraft and its aerodynamic components, not only creating parametric CAD models, but also carrying out their preliminary aerodynamic validation through low-fidelity simulations (panel methods, Vortex Lattice Method, etc.).
- 3D CAD Modelling: experience with Siemens NX, SOLIDWORKS, or equivalent professional CAD software.
- Fundamentals of Aerodynamics: understanding of the basic concepts of incompressible aerodynamics and an interest in the subject.
- Technical Research: ability to independently research information on geometries, sizing guidelines, and advanced aerodynamic solutions.
- English: ability to read technical manuals, scientific papers, and international documentation.
- Problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Flight Mechanics & Flight Simulation
3Control System Engineer
Design and tune controllers (PID and advanced control laws) for hovering, transition, and cruise. Verify stability margins, performance, and control effort through simulation. Implement the control system into the flight software.
- Solid background in automatic controls (step response, poles, PID, feedback), Simulink; electronics and microcontrollers are a plus.

Dynamics and Simulation Engineer
Develop aircraft dynamic models in Simulink or other simulation enviroments Simulate critical mission events: fuel sloshing, payload jettison/release, parachute deployment. Derive aircraft transfer functions.

- Strong ability to critically evaluate simulation results.
Aerodynamics and stability derivatives Analist

CAD & Mechanical Design
2Mechanical Designer
You will lead the mechanical development and 3D modeling of our eVTOL prototypes, overseeing the integration between primary structures, aerodynamic surfaces, and on-board subsystems. Collaborating closely with the aerodynamics and manufacturing departments, you will translate design constraints into complete parametric assemblies, optimizing mating tolerances, mechanical interfaces, and Design for Manufacturing (DFM).

Manufacturing Engineer
You will be responsible for overseeing and optimizing the manufacturing, assembly, and testing processes of our innovative eVTOL prototypes. Your role will be crucial in transforming our designs into flying realities, ensuring their quality and functionality.

Avionics & Electronics
4Junior Sensors & Navigation Engineer
You will be responsible for providing spatial awareness to the eVTOL prototype by managing the hardware that allows the aircraft to understand its position and attitude. You will handle the calibration and integration of IMUs (Inertial Measurement Units), GPS/GNSS modules, and additional sensors such as altimeters and optical sensors. You will work closely with the software team to ensure physical data is accurately acquired, filtered, and processed by the flight controller to guarantee safe transitions and landings.
- Currently enrolled in Electronics, Mechatronics, Aerospace Engineering, or related fields.
- Knowledge of how primary navigation sensors operate (gyroscopes, accelerometers, barometers, magnetometers).
- Familiarity with hardware communication protocols (I2C, SPI, UART, CAN).
- Practical experience in sensor interfacing and hardware prototyping (e.g., on perfboards or breadboards).
- Basic signal analysis skills (e.g., noise filtering) and a strong problem-solving attitude.
Junior Power Systems Engineer
You will be responsible for the design, testing, and integration of the electric powertrain for the eVTOL prototype. Your focus will be on the safe and efficient management of onboard energy. You will work on sizing high-current wiring, configuring ESCs (Electronic Speed Controllers), and interfacing with the Battery Management System (BMS). You will tackle critical challenges related to thermal dissipation and preventing voltage drops during the demanding vertical takeoff and hovering phases.
- Currently enrolled in Electronics, Electrical, Aerospace Engineering, or related fields.
- Understanding of power management principles and high-amperage direct current (DC) flows.
- Familiarity with the practical operation of Li-Po/Li-Ion batteries, brushless motors, and ESCs.
- Ability to read electrical schematics and practical skills in assembling, wiring, and soldering power components.
- Analytical approach to safety (fault tolerance) and a strong inclination for interdisciplinary collaboration.
Junior Electronics Engineer
You will participate in the design, development, and integration of the onboard electronic systems for the eVTOL prototype. You will work on defining the hardware architecture, from prototyping and soldering circuits on perfboards to interfacing sensors, flight controllers, and power systems (batteries, ESCs, motors). You will put your theoretical skills into practice by tackling real engineering challenges related to telemetry and signal management.
- Currently enrolled in an Electronics Engineering degree program.
- Knowledge of analog and digital electronics fundamentals.
- Interest or previous experience in manual hardware prototyping, perfboard assembly, soldering, and reading electrical schematics.
- Familiarity with basic microcontroller programming (C/C++).
- Proactivity, problem-solving attitude, and ability to collaborate within a multidisciplinary team.
Avionics and Electronics Lead
You will lead the Avionics and Electronics department, coordinating the design, integration, and testing of the onboard electronic systems for the eVTOL prototype. You will be responsible for the technical choices regarding flight controllers, power architecture, and telemetry systems, ensuring the proper interfacing of the electronics with the aircraft's software and structure. You will manage the workflow of the department members, defining timelines and monitoring task progress.
- Proficiency in printed circuit board (PCB) design and microcontroller programming.
- Knowledge of flight control systems (e.g., Pixhawk, PX4, ArduPilot) and major communication protocols.
- Familiarity with the sizing and integration of power systems for electric drones (batteries, ESCs, motors).
- Leadership skills, ability to coordinate a technical team, and deadline management.
- Problem-solving attitude and a strong inclination for interdisciplinary collaboration with other technical departments.
Software Development
2AI & LLM Software Developer
The role involves working with open-source LLMs to develop tools for organizing, processing, and querying technical data and documentation, while experimenting with technologies such as RAG, embeddings, and vector databases. Previous experience with LLMs is not required: we are mainly looking for interest in the field and a willingness to learn and experiment.
- Interest in AI, Large Language Models, and data management.
- Basic knowledge of Python.
- Interest in machine learning, NLP, or backend development.
- Curiosity and willingness to experiment with open-source models and technologies.
- Previous experience with LLM development or fine-tuning is not required.
Autopilot Software Developer
The role involves contributing to the development of our autopilot system, working with technologies such as ROS and PX4, and, where relevant, computer vision and AI for autonomous navigation and obstacle avoidance. Previous experience with all these technologies is not required: we are mainly looking for curiosity, motivation, and willingness to learn by working on a real project.
- Interest in robotics, autonomous systems, and software development.
- Basic knowledge of Python and/or C++.
- Willingness to learn and experiment with ROS, PX4, and embedded systems.

Manages the planning and control of financial resources, defining the annual budget and monitoring expenses to ensure efficient use of funds. Ensures transparent reporting to support informed and sustainable financial decisions.
- Good proficiency in cost management tools (e.g., Excel or spreadsheets); Ability to collaborate and communicate with other technical areas of the team; Expense management and optimization.
Head of Social Media & Content Strategy
You will lead the Social Media department, defining and implementing the overall strategy and managing the team. You'll travel with us to create dynamic content and be responsible for developing your own personal section.
- Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or in a similar leadership role.
- Strong expertise in team management and defining social media strategies.
- Willingness to travel frequently with the team for content creation.
- Demonstrated ability to build and manage personal content sections or specific projects.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Partnership & Sponsorship Specialist
The Sponsorship section is responsible for building and maintaining relationships with companies and partners that support the team. Its objective is to secure financial resources, materials, and expertise essential for the development of the eVTOL project. The group prepares collaboration proposals, manages communication with sponsors, and highlights their presence in the team's activities. Furthermore, it monitors partnerships over time to ensure a strong and lasting relationship, thereby directly contributing to the project's sustainability.
